Our apartments are a pet-friendly community, yet dogs, cats or other pets shall not be permitted on the premises without express written permission of Management and signed lease addendum.  Requirements include:

• Two pet per apartment & weight limit under thirty (30) pounds (spayed/neutered with all shots).
• Non-acceptable canine breeds are: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Dog, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-Hybrid, St. Bernard, Great Danes, Chow Chow, Bull Mastiff, Standard Poodles, Affenpinscher, French Mastiff, Old EnglishMastiff and any mix containing one of these breeds.
• Any aggressive pet, even if not listed above, is not allowed to remain on property. 
• Livestock, poisonous, or exotic pets (snakes, rodents, uncaged birds, reptiles, insects & spiders) not permitted.
• Cats: Must remain indoors always.  Declawed, spayed/neutered with clean litter box & scratch posts.
• No guest’s pets allowed on premises

PETS Related Fines:    $175 for each occurrence of animal feces left on site
